In this tailor-made difficult conversations training we will actively work with the conversations you find tricky or difficult. Think about those conversations where you seem to be running in circles and losing productivity. Think of a colleague or team member with whom you have trouble communicating. It could very well be that the cause of this is, that you have different styles of communicating, or that there is static in your conversation due to certain underlying emotions or procedural confusions. All these elements mean that you’ll have trouble effectively communicating.

As explored in the difficult conversations training, we are often frustrated by these conversations, but as a leader they are often unavoidable. Whether it’s giving someone feedback, having that year-end evaluation with an employee, negotiating with a difficult client, or even just a chat at the coffee machine.

In the difficult conversations training we will give you the tools to tackle those difficult conversation. You’ll be able to practice and use these tools directly, to see what works and what doesn’t and what is most effective. Pooling from a wide range of communication theories and models, we apply the most effective and appropriate tool for each situation you may face.
