This workshop is meant to be followed by a team that already has a basic knowledge of DISC. We begin the workshop by recalling the main points of DISC, and then shift our focus to the composition of the team. Are all DISC styles represented or does the team lack one? How does that translate into the strengths and challenges for the team?
What are the consequences of the current composition of the team to the collaboration, to how decisions are made and how meetings are conducted? How is communication within the team and how can you make it more effective?
We also focus on how you can use DISC and especially the differences in the team, to make optimal use of those differences. The ultimate goal of this workshop is to strengthen the team dynamic, collaboration, effectivity and make work a whole lot more pleasurable.
